P4/5 Send Gifts to Poland

The pupils of P4/5 recently sent some very special gifts to their link school in Poland.  They worked very hard to produce a book all about Paisley and Scotland.  Have a look at the photo album on the International Education blog to see the Polish pupils the book was sent to and have a peek at what they sent us back in return.  We are really enjoying working with children from outwith United Kingdom.

E-twinning project with Polish School

Primary 4/5 are already hard at work creating an information pack about their own town and country. This year they will be linking with children in a primary school in Gdansk, Poland. Mrs Nicholson is due to travel to Gdansk for a workshop with the British Council and whilst there, she will visit P4/5's link class. She will deliver their "Scottish Package" and hopefully collect a "Polish Package" to bring home to our children. The children are looking at "what best represents Scotland" and this will be sent in an information pack to the polish school. This will allow children in both European schools to compare and contrast their countries and local area.
